馬林飛到景陽公司勐滿第三制膠廠調研指導工作

8月29日，云膠集團黨委委員、常務副總經理馬林飛攜生產技術中心（安全環保部）總經理張榮華到景陽公司勐滿第三制膠廠調研指導工作。

在調研座談會上，馬林飛從勐滿第三制膠廠生產經營、周邊橡膠市場、橡膠加工，以及近期生產中出現的困難等情況進行了詳細了解，并對該廠提出四點要求：一是在原料收購較困難時期，不能只靠全乳膠產品，要及時做好規劃，充分運用每年開割初期時間段，加強其他有規?；a品的生產加工；二是不能出現“等、靠、要”思想，要積極結合勐臘公司掛牌和勐臘縣農墾集團有限責任公司成立的機遇，運用制膠廠的地理位置優勢，立足勐臘縣“一縣一業”戰略布局，與其深度合作，共謀合作價值；三是在公司改革轉型的過程中，要積極響應和全力支持改革工作，做好膠廠職工群眾的思想穩定工作，謀劃好膠廠長遠發展目標；四是用好“場外期權”政策支持并加強信息化管理，運用原有的信息化設備和NC系統，確保原始記錄數據真實可靠。（尤朝蘭）。
