8月8日，公司黨委書記、執行董事高杰，黨委副書記、總經理阮林光攜生產技術中心（安全環保部）主任楊增林等相關人員到景洪第一制膠廠李明忠勞模創新工作室實操車間指導工作。

高杰一行在查看車間機械設備后，詳細了解李明忠勞模創新工作室實操車間目前工作進展情況，肯定了工作室修舊利廢、設備維護維修等工作成績，就工作室下一步重點工作進行了探討，并對工作室的發展方向提出了三點建設性的意見和建議：一是要繼續加強修舊利廢，加強設備維護維修工作，提高設備設施使用率，進一步降低生產成本；二是要做好“傳幫帶”“師帶徒”工作，通過理論與實踐相結合，盡快將工作室成員培養成“獨當一面”的機修專業人才；三是要深入思考，充分發揮團隊創造力，認真研究國內外先進機器設備，結合實際為公司設計更加合適的制膠設備，促進景陽公司高質量發展。（陳春霖）
