公司領導對景洪第一制膠廠發展規劃進行實地調查研究

4月10日，公司黨委副書記、總經理阮林光攜生產質量部（科技研發中心）部長羊學章、規劃發展部副部長王凱麟等一行四人到景洪第一制膠廠就發展規劃等相關事宜進行實地調研。
阮林光一行先后到該廠生產車間、辦公區、住宿區和橡膠樹種植區等進行了情況實地調查。膠廠負責人匯報了目前員工思想動態、轉型過渡期的人員值守安排等工作。
阮林光指出，景洪第一制膠廠要積極順應公司改革發展趨勢，因轉型期間暫停生產，要充分利用現有資源，發揮現有優勢。一是膠廠管理人員要做好職工思想工作和管理人員值守工作；二是結合公司當前李明忠勞模創新工作室、景陽公司機修專業隊和后續科研工作需要，盡快整合現有資源，完善住宿區后勤保障條件，達到廠區整潔干凈、人員規范有序、工作面貌有突破；三是密切關注轉型停產過渡期間員工思想動態，全力確保員工隊伍穩定。
最后，就膠廠特殊地理位置、地形地貌和現有設施等優缺點，大家展開討論研究。（蘇明冬）
