3月17日，公司黨委副書記、工會主席譚大鑫到東風第二制膠廠檢查指導開廠前的各項準備工作。

譚大鑫認真聽取了該廠關于開廠前的準備工作：一是機械設備維修保養已進入收尾及調試階段。二是雖然因疫情導致該廠運輸主路被封控，但是膠廠已積極與當地疫情防控指揮部溝通，盡可能解決鮮膠乳與膠包運輸問題。

隨后，譚大鑫深入車間，現場勘察該廠設備維修保養情況，并提出三點要求，一是目前疫情防控形勢嚴峻，膠廠要嚴格按照公司疫情防控相關要求執行，積極主動配合當地政府做好疫情防控工作。二是一定要多排查膠廠存在的安全隱患，確保安全生產。三是雖然該廠未列入目前公司的完全成本獨立核算與考核改革試點，但要堅定不移的用改革的標準和要求找準定位，積極融入大局，推動公司改革發展向前延伸。（周雨皓）
