云膠集團常務副總經理馬林飛到景洪第二制膠廠調研

3月9日，云膠集團黨委委員、常務副總經理馬林飛攜生產技術中心（安全環保部）總經理張榮華、副總經理葉建文，到景洪第二制膠廠進行深化改革工作調研。公司黨委副書記、總經理阮林光，副總經理張學明，副總經理楊赟，行政辦公室主任徐小平等相關人員參加此次調研活動。
馬林飛組織召開座談會，解析制膠廠深化改革方案，聽取膠廠管理人員結合實際提出的看法和意見，與大家一起暢談研討如何解決深化改革推進工作中存在的困難和問題。并在了解該廠去年加工生產產量、人員結構情況后，對膠廠管理人員提出的資金使用、防洪抗災、原料收購、節能降耗、員工收入等多個問題作出了一對一的解答。
馬林飛表示，面對制膠廠深化改革工作存在的問題和困難，制膠廠要想方設法、精打細算、降本增效實現效益最大化；提高產品質量，提升產品附加值，創造新的利潤點，走出新的路子，以科學的方法解決降本增效的問題，為職工群眾做最實際的事。
此前，馬林飛還查看了膠廠8.25洪災后河道安全防護墻的修復情況，并提出了相關的工作要求。（李吉林）
