景陽公司團結奮進小組榮獲集團第三屆“青春彩云墾”崗位微創新大賽季軍

12月22日，云南農墾集團第三屆“青春彩云墾”崗位微創新大賽決賽在集團總部舉辦。景陽公司團結奮進小組“一種自走型天然橡膠凝固長槽壓泡裝置”的創新項目從全集團50余個創新項目的初賽、復賽中，一路過關斬將，最終在決賽中榮獲季軍。

據悉，本次大賽從8月份開始啟動，經公司項目組認真準備，著眼于提升技術、服務、經營、管理等多個創新能力，將小改造大產出的優化創新舉措充分展示在項目成果中，充分展現了公司團員青年在崗位上、在實踐中的創新智慧、創新力量。

比賽結束后，團結奮進小組組員徐建磊表示：在賽后要更加積極投入地到青年員工崗位微創新創效的熱潮中，發揮“李明忠勞模創新工作室”技術創新活動平臺的優勢，充分激發和調動公司全體青年員工的積極性、主動性和創造性。組織號召全體青年員工立足崗位，奉獻智慧，展示才華，為景陽公司推進高效率、低成本運行增添新活力。（李琳）
