公司開展“三定”工作相關培訓

為進一步完善推進定崗定編定員“三定”工作，4月27日，公司人力資源部召集各部門負責人及負責填表的工作人員對《部門職能及崗位職責說明書》的填寫進行簡要培訓。

人力資源部工作人員就大家填寫問題進行詳細的填表講解。

公司黨委委員、工會主席曹剛云在培訓會上提出定崗定編定員是公司改革發展的重要基礎，對該項工作一定要提高思想認識，保證各部門職工人盡其才、人盡其用，絕不人浮于事。培訓后要及時審視評估，行動起來，認真抓好貫徹落實，按照人力資源部的相關要求，合理開展崗位說明書填寫報送工作。為公司的三項制度改革及“三定”工作盡應盡的職責。（朱菊玉瑩）
