近日，公司在《2020年經營管理實施細則》中明確了制膠廠環境保護工作獎懲細則。

實施細則規定：制膠廠必須設立環境保護專職人員，廠長、書記為環境保護的責任人。膠廠管理人員中必須有一名專職人員具體負責環境保護工作；制膠廠環境保護員必須嚴格執行公司《環境保護管理辦法》規定，因環保處理不達標、造成污染物直排、漏排等影響環境保護事件發生的，所受到環保部門處罰的，由責任制膠廠管理人員共同承擔經濟處罰的1%-10%;公司內部自行監測連續兩次不達標的（自行監測每月2次），經核實，因人為因素管理不善，由責任制膠廠管理人員共同承擔的經濟處罰金總額1千元，自行監測連續三次不達標的（自行監測每月2次），經核實，因人為因素造成的管理不善，由責任制膠廠管理人員共同承擔的經濟處罰金總額3千元；對因環保限產（包括停產的），其主要負責人當月工資按本膠廠上年度生產期月平均工資的60%（最高不超過5000元/月），但不低于西雙版納當年最低工資標準計發，其他管理人員依次按系數計發；對國家環保部門年度執法檢查均合格通過且完成年度生產指標任務的制膠廠，公司年終一次性獎勵10000元。

同時，該實施細則案還對制膠廠環保人員使用要求，考核、工資發放標準等制定了相應的條款。（李潤華）
