公司總經理李派華到勐醒勐捧片區召開安全生產專題會

7月13日，公司黨委副書記、執行董事、總經理李派華攜市場運營部副部長（主持工作）劉年生，安全環保部副部長譚緒宏等一行4人，到勐捧第二制膠廠召開勐醒、勐捧片區安全生產工作專題會。

面對當前嚴峻的安全和生產態勢，在聽取各膠廠廠長匯報工作情況后，李派華提出五點要求：一是立行立改，以事故為教訓。二是徹底清理用工問題，清退老弱病殘勞務工。三是完善制度，加強執行力，把安全操作和注意事項指導到崗，到細節。四是加強膠廠人事管理和值班制度，配備兼職安全分管領導，責任落實到人，徹底查找、整改、消除安全生產事故隱患。要按相關規定做好環保工作，消除環境隱患風險，保證生態環境安全。五是強化教育，要做好安全操作規定的學習培訓，提高員工現場安全風險辨識與防范能力。

同時，李派華還就認真落實公司各項生產成本指標；堅持均衡生產的管理方法，加強各個環節的管理；做好客戶服務工作，把原料收購管理落到實處各方面提出了工作要求。（譚緒宏）
