云膠集團景陽公司與黎明農場簽訂戰略合作協議

3月28日，在西雙版納州農墾局局長白云波、副局長杜宣華、勐?？h農墾局副局長打些等領導的見證下，云膠集團副總經理、景陽公司總經理鄧文華與黎明農場黨委書記、管委會主任王子能簽訂橡膠收購戰略合作協議。

戰略合作協議為加強雙方在橡膠加工和橡膠源料供給之間的合作，促進版納州橡膠資源的良性發展，維護墾區承包戶的權益，本著優勢互補，互利互惠，長期合作的原則，雙方就墾區農場膠源合作達成橡膠收購戰略合作協議。

據了解，簽訂戰略合作協議的目的是摒棄承包戶橡膠原料銷售過程的中間環節，膠源直接供應景陽公司橡膠加工廠，提高承包戶利潤空間。調動承包戶的生產積極性，提高勞動生產率。穩定加工廠膠源的數量和質量，提高產品質量。

戰略合作協議指出，通過牽頭協調組織承包戶將膠源自愿集中組織銷售給景陽公司制膠廠，景陽公司將承包戶統一組織的膠源實行獨立分槽凝固、干燥和計量。景陽公司按照橡膠原料到達當天制膠廠的最優收購價兌現。（展恩山徐小平）
