	3月20日上午，景陽公司總經理鄧文華、副總經理陸加兵與州農墾局局長白云波、副局長杜宣華、市農墾局副局長何劍一行5人到景洪農場就橡膠資源整合事宜進行調研。




	

 




	調研會上，白局長就此次來景洪農場的目的進行了說明。農場高副場長就景洪農場掛牌后開展生產情況進行了介紹，并對農場收膠工作管理辦法逐一說明。景洪農場準備在3個生產隊進行試點，均為基礎比較好、操作性強的單位，預計可整合資源2000噸。州、市農墾局對收膠管理辦法給予了肯定并提出了好的建議。景陽公司鄧文華總經理指出，目前的首要任務是如何走進收膠市場，才能最終占領市場，形成墾區集團化、成為一家人。 




	

 




	2017年在州農墾局的指導下，景陽公司和勐臘農場合作比較愉快，雖然也付出了一定代價，最終使南西生產隊黨組織恢復、職工增收、管理人員增效的目的。白局長在總結時強調，開展整合橡膠資源是西雙版納州農墾工作會上的主要精神，對景洪農場方案提出五點建議，特別指出方案要具體化、細致化，確保職工得到最終實惠。（徐小平）
