勐捧一膠廠到二膠廠交流學習

5月16日下午，勐捧第一制膠廠生產管理人員、各工段班組長、技術骨干，趁著下雨天氣，生產任務暫時緩解的時機，放棄休息，在廠長楊增林的帶領下，來到勐捧第二制膠廠參觀學習，勐捧二廠副廠長楊威介紹了勐捧二廠的生產管理方面的先進經驗。

在車間參觀的過程中，各班組長聚目凝神，仔細的觀看生產現場的每一個角落，觀看勐捧二廠的生產布局，同時楊增林對參觀的員工要求：認真觀看，做好參照，反思自己在工作中的不足，咱們出來交流學習的機會不多，要把握好機會，認真和兄弟單位的同志們做好溝通交流，學習先進，查漏補缺。

在交流會上，兩個廠各派出各個工段的代表發言交流，相互交流在工作中的經驗和具體做法，經過深入的交流，在會人員都對對方的工作方式和方法有了進一步的認識。班組長們也紛紛表示，經過這次交流學習，改變了以前“坐井觀天”的做法，回到工作崗位上一定查漏補缺，繼續完善，也希望這樣的交流活動能多舉行幾次。（徐建磊李細）
