景陽公司勐滿一廠認真做好開割前的準備工作，膠廠領導班子統一思想，根據公司全面精細化管理考核目標要求，首先從強化基礎管理入手，完善了膠廠規章制度、管理人員工作制度、員工交接班制度;明確了管理人員分工工作職責、班組長工作職責、員工崗位工作職責；細化了膠廠現場管理、安全生產百分量化與當月工資掛鉤考核辦法等10余項制度措施并組織員工貫徹學習。其次，配合公司做好員工制膠工藝技能、安全生產操作規程、崗位職責、安全生產知識的培訓和考核工作，全廠37名新老員工理論和實作考試分數均達到或超過80分，順利取得了上崗證。

勐滿一廠還在機械設備維修、保養和車間衛生的清潔打掃方面下功夫，目前，該廠各項準備工作均已就緒，等待膠乳進廠即可開工生產。（勐滿一廠李潤華李春艷）
