本報訊：為實現集團公司“效益至尊”、樹立“行業標桿”的理念，景陽公司根據集團打造國內、國際具有重要影響力的國有大型現代農業企業集團，充分發揮農墾集團在我國天然橡膠行業中的戰略支撐作用的目標規劃；在原有各項規章制度基礎上進行重新修訂，并制訂了適應激烈的市場競爭和公司生存發展需要的經營管理辦法。為將規章制度更好的貫徹落實到位，公司于2015年1月6日-7日組織了內部規章制度培訓學習，使各級管理人員能尊重制度、尊重程序，按章辦事、有制可依。

1月29日下午2：30分，公司組織各制膠廠廠長、書記；檢驗站負責人；本部、勐臘辦事處、質量管理中心（含質量監督員）共計101人，在景洪第一制膠廠培訓樓進行了規章制度考試。通過考驗檢驗各層管理人員對規章制度全面、系統、正確的了解和熟悉掌握程度，提升管理人員綜合素質，使其在經后的工作中能熟練的運用，在實踐中不斷的完善，更好的為公司未來發展服務，在版納橡膠產業起到引領、示范、帶動作用，為當地的經濟和社會發展做出貢獻。
