景陽公司組織開展月度生產經營檢查工作

本網訊：為規范各制膠廠的基礎工作，提高各制膠廠的管理水平。公司機關職能部門和從勐臘、景洪管理部、質檢站抽調相關人員組成兩個工作組，在公司七位領導帶隊下，于5月5日至5月6日，對公司下屬的22個制膠廠開展4月份生產經營工作檢查。

在接下來的工作中，兩個檢查組根據公司下發的《公司2014年生產經營管理辦法》、《2014年制膠生產檢查考核評價辦法（試行）》等要求，分別對22個制膠廠以下工作進行重點檢查考核：一是橡膠原料收集管理、工藝控制及管理、質量控制管理、產品取樣及外觀分級管理、設備及電器管理、計量管理及統計報表管理等工作；二是資金安全及專項資金管理、財務制度落實情況、成本管理、產量任務完成情況、NC系統及質量追溯管理產品運輸及單據管理等工作；三是安全操作及制度落實管理、生產車間各類工具及環境衛生管理、干燥車清潔管理、水循環利用管理等工作。（公司黨群部：王云華）
