9月3號下午，勐滿第二制膠廠組織管理人員、生產骨干9人，觀看云膠安全生產標準化操作法（樣）視頻。

安全標準化操作法是對生產作業每一操作程序進行分解完善，使得生產作業效果更加準確、高效、省力的操作管理方法。標準化操作法視頻對天然橡膠不同加工工段的標準化操作進行了系統而詳細的介紹。視頻中強調的“八大禁止”“六個嚴格”更是對安全生產工作的保證。

通過觀看視頻，交流探討，拓寬了膠廠管理人員、生產骨干的安全生產和質量管理思路。為提升管理意識、安全生產意識，防范意識，質量意識，進一步開展好9月“質量月”活動，起到了積極的促進作用。（李吉林）
