4月29日，橄欖壩第四制膠廠召開2018年第一季度產品質量及安全生產工作會議，全廠27名員工參加。

會上，膠廠副廠長組織大家重溫學習各工段操作規程。通報了膠廠當前產品質量、安全生產工作情況及存在的問題，指出產品中的雜質不可能從某個工段完全剔除，產品質量的提升需要全體員工的通力協作，要求全廠員工樹立膠廠是我家，提升產品質量靠大家的思想意識，發現問題及時處理。

膠廠黨支部書記在會上強調，安全生產是重中之重，全體員工要牢固樹立“安全第一”的觀念，嚴格執行操作規程，千萬不能以為自己是老員工就麻痹大意?，F場管理要做到常態化，檢不檢查都一個樣。（段志宇）
