3月24日，勐醒第三制膠廠與西雙版納天海復合肥廠共同召開“稀土橡膠專用肥”推廣會議。來自勐醒三分場20個居民小組，周邊9個村寨的160余人參加了推廣會。
復合肥廠總經理羅仕緣、副總經理陳強分別對天海復合肥廠廠情廠況、目前橡膠行情走勢、與勐醒第三制膠廠、橡膠種植戶及收購商三方合作事宜的協議細節作了詳細介紹，并代表廠家作質量承諾。
膠廠廠長譚永明對景陽公司勐醒第三制膠廠的基本概況一一作了介紹，并指出此次會議的目的，是膠廠與天海復合肥廠的創新嘗試，其核心就是把西雙版納天海復合肥廠生產的價格實惠，增產效果十分突出的最新產品“稀土橡膠專用肥”推廣給廣大橡膠種植戶使用，服務好膠農客戶，為農戶增收，膠廠增效打基礎。
為確保施肥的正確性與有效性，天海復合肥廠還專門請來了高級農藝師對各種品系橡膠樹的防病治病進行了詳細的講解與交流。通過學習交流，在座的農場割膠工，橡膠種植戶及收膠客戶對膠廠與天海復合肥廠這一項“惠民”推廣活動表示贊同，部分橡膠種植戶當即簽訂了購買協議。（陸芳）
