勐醒第二制膠廠與勐醒農場管委會召開合作收膠商討會

為積極推進農墾改革，商討互利互惠的合作收膠方式。3月13日，勐醒第二制膠廠與勐醒農場管委會結合轄區實際，在勐醒二分場三隊文化室召開收膠工作商談會。勐醒第二制膠廠黨支部書記、廠長，勐醒農場管委會書記、主任，農場農業、水資源部門負責人，團山生產隊和部分居民小組負責人，收膠客戶等15人參加了會議。

經雙方交流與探討達成共識：農場管委會每個居民小組的收膠站都可以給收膠客戶使用，管委會承諾在能力范圍內提供一切有利條件促進收膠工作。同時也要求勐醒第二制膠廠在膠價方面要有所體現，讓膠農得到實惠。勐醒第二制膠廠表示，我們會發揮和利用好景陽公司現有的收膠方式和有利條件，提供微波等收膠工具，積極促進、加大收購力度。為實現雙方合作共贏共同發展的目的，膠廠領導同時也要求勐醒農場管委會，不得以任何借口和理由要求膠廠代扣代收承包戶的一切費用，必須確保進入膠廠加工的原料收購兌現款項能全部發放到膠農和客戶手中。（劉繼華）
