公司領導到景洪第一制膠廠指導工作

11月29日，公司黨委副書記、總經理阮林光，黨委副書記、工會主席譚大鑫到景洪第一制膠廠查看聯合實驗室、研發中心建設進度情況，并了解其存在的困難與需求。

阮林光指出，研發中心作為公司后期成立自主科研項目的關鍵部門，一是在改造后需盡快完成人員定崗，組織天然橡膠開發領域的專業技術培訓工作；二是針對研發中心的科技項目建立考核制度，充分帶動研發人員的科研積極性，同時確?？萍柬椖糠€定產出；三是檢驗站要加強對質檢人員的各項管理，提高整體素質，充分發揮其部門職能，通過自主產出專利，對公司科技項目進行包裝與投產，為高質量天然橡膠產品的產出奠定技術基礎。

阮林光一行還到勞模工作室實操車間查看了設備改造情況，要求工作室提高對設備的實操和維護技能，營造良好的學習工作氛圍。（奚楊）
