5月25日上午8時，勐滿第二制膠廠打包車間的電動吊葫蘆突然失去起吊作用，經膠廠電工檢查故障原因為電機線圈燒壞，必須送修理店維修。膠廠沒有備用電機，長槽的膠還沒有壓完，為了不影響當天中午的鮮膠乳進廠，生產必須繼續。此時，廠長果斷決定利用手動吊葫蘆下膠料，但手動吊葫蘆非常吃力，勞動強度很大，并且支架存在一定安全隱患，部分職工帶有情緒。在這種情況下膠廠管理人員主動參與，與職工共同協作，你累了換我拉，他忙不過來，我幫一把手；就這樣在膠廠干部職工的共同努力下，利用手動吊葫蘆將10多噸的產品正常入庫，保證各項生產正常有序進行。

通過這件事，我廠的干群關系得到了很好的體現，為今后干部職工同心同德，團結協作搞好生產打下了堅實的基礎。（勐滿第二制膠廠劉明順）
