李明忠到東風第一制膠廠搶修設備故障

10月23日，由于東風第一制膠廠熱交換器煤爐坍塌導致煤爐發生故障，李明忠接到消息后便第一時間帶領公司機修專業隊隊員到第一現場勘查情況，并及時進行維修。

李明忠帶領團隊快速反應，有的在和耐火泥、有的在傳遞材料、有的在澆灌泥沙，汗水濕透了衣背，泥沙濺上了褲腿，大家全然不在意，齊心協力、有條不紊投入到搶修中，天黑了大家頂著頭燈繼續挑燈夜戰，完全沒有停下來的意思，直到晚上近十點鐘才將煤爐坍塌部分修補好。

面對該廠員工面臨停產的擔憂，李明忠說道：“其實在生產期間維修也是有利的，我們可以邊維修邊生產，更利于及時發現問題，適時調整維修策略，更好的解決問題。”

經過及時搶修，保證了東風第一制膠廠后期生產工作的順利進行。（王姝月）
