公司黨委書記李派華到景洪第一制膠廠及景洪檢驗站檢查指導工作

7月6日，公司黨委書記、執行董事李派華攜黨委委員、紀委書記譚大鑫，市場運營部部長劉年生一行3人，到景洪第一制膠廠、景洪檢驗站檢查指導工作。

李派華針對目前制膠廠收膠困難及客戶不穩定的實際情況，提出三點建議：一是要膠廠面對實際困難，找準難點，轉變思想觀念，要從等、靠、要改變為主動出擊，多和客戶溝通交流，占領市場，多收膠才能創造效益，才能穩定當前員工思想。二是檢驗站要根據實際，迎合市場，多開展各類橡膠理化性能檢測，做好環境衛生工作，切實抓好各項指標的檢測，保證檢驗數據的準確性，為膠廠及公司TSR9710及TSR20號膠做好檢測工作。三是要做好黨建工作，充分發揮黨建引領生產，員工思想工作要做到位，黨建工作是關鍵，只有保持好全廠人員一條心，才能更好地發揮員工工作積極性，更好地提高工作效率、創造價值。

景洪第一制膠廠負責人也根據膠廠實際，匯報了當前工作中存在的困難，并表示將積極按照公司黨委要求，力爭在下半年做出更好的成績，多收膠，提高員工收入，加強員工思想隊伍教育，為公司高質量發展努力奮斗。（蘇明冬）
