8月21日，勐捧第一制膠廠勞模工作室開展技術學習交流活動，鄰近4個膠廠的10名機修人員參加活動。

本次活動，主要圍繞制膠生產期間遇到的打包機油泵漏油維修、打包電機過熱、洗滌機難拆卸、干燥車難推動、加裝增壓泵自動開關技術等生產技術難題和小發明進行現場探討?；顒舆^程中，勞模工作室成員深入生產車間，觀察各工段的設備使用情況，每位機修人員根據自身工作經驗，結合膠廠情況，交流如何進行機械改造，修舊利廢，降低生產成本，提高生產效率等獨到的工作經驗和技能。

通過現場學習交流，互相汲取經驗，機修人員紛紛表示要把學習到的經驗做法帶回去，與制膠生產實際相結合，創造性地開展工作，做一些有實際用處，能降本增效的小創新、小發明，將所學到的經驗更好的運用到實際工作中去。（陳春霖）
