集團公司黨委副書記 工會主席陳云忠到勐捧第一制膠廠視察工作

6月5日中午，集團公司黨委副書記、工會主席陳云忠攜集團公司工會常務副主席易平安、云膠集團工會常務副主席周庭東一行，在云膠集團常務副總經理、公司執行董事、法定代表人鄧文華，公司黨委副書記（主持黨委全面工作）、紀委書記羅正權，黨委委員、工會主席曹剛云等陪同下，到勐捧第一制膠廠視察指導“勞模工作室”創建工作。
陳書記一行來到制膠廠后，正值原料入廠時間，所以直接到達收膠臺，查看膠乳凝固程序，并詳細詢問近期原料收購情況和競爭程度。接著，來到“勞模工作室”，詳細了解云南省勞模李明忠的先進事跡，查看工作室的基礎設施和工作臺賬，并深入車間查看工作室的技改創新成果。陳云忠表示：工作室的小技改、小成果有很大的實際應用價值，也希望勞模李明忠繼續努力，加強學習，發揮勞模的先鋒模范作用，創造更大的價值，有機會也可以到其他集團公司的工作室參觀調研，學習先進經驗，景陽公司層面要給予大力支持。
隨后，陳云忠提出了幾點希望和建議：一是要完善工作室成果展示記錄，展示形式可以多樣化；二是要帶動周邊膠廠技術創新；三是要大力培養更全面的技術型人才和團隊。（徐建磊）
