嘉裕兄弟制膠廠召開產品質量分析座談會

8月23日，嘉裕兄弟制膠廠組織召開產品質量分析座談會，總結交流今年產品質量工作，討論產生產品質量問題原因，部署下一階段產品質量生產工作。

此次會議以“查自身問題，強產品質量”為主題，采取自由發言的方式，由各工段員工根據崗位工作內容對出現產品質量問題原因進行分析。通過全體員工的交流及對生產一線的實地摸底，找出產生近期產品質量問題的相關原因。

廠長柴云祥對后期生產工作進行安排部署：一是全體員工必須加強責任意識，規范操作，嚴格做好分級管理。二是加強現場管理，確保生產設備的清潔度。三是全體員工要做好對客戶的監督管理，杜絕將不好的膠料直接倒入干燥車內。樹立“質量在我心中，質量在我腦中”思想意識，切實加大產品質量的監督管理，努力將“產品質量提升年”工作落到實處。（席曉利）
