嘉裕兄弟制膠廠召開“奮戰100天”動員大會

為實現公司今年奮斗目標，8月18日上午，嘉裕兄弟制膠廠召開了“奮戰100天”動員大會。膠廠管理人員和一線員工共計17人參加會議。

廠長柴云祥作動員講話，提出要統一思想，高度重視此次勞動競賽，全身心投入到勞動競賽中去。從膠廠目前的生產情況進行分析，分解后期生產任務，細化責任，明確目標要求，努力完成生產任務。并對下一步工作進行了安排部署：一是要樹立信心，強化責任意識。要認清形勢，咬緊牙關往前沖，時間越緊，越要爭分奪秒；壓力越大，越要奮發拼搏。二是要加強現場管理和產品質量。摒棄陋習、保持先進狀態，切實保證生產順利運行，力爭實現現場管理常態化。三是要學習先進模范，積極參與“五小”發明創造活動，為實現嘉裕兄弟制膠廠的增產增效、降耗增效工作貢獻力量。

最后，要求全體黨員要在各自的崗位上充分發揮先鋒模范和示范帶頭作用，在攻堅克難上真正體現黨員的先進性，要以鎖定目標不動搖，狠抓落實不松懈，不見成效不罷休的決戰姿態，確保全年各項目標任務的圓滿完成。(席曉利)
