東風第四制膠廠管理人員開展義務勞動

8月11日上午，在黨支部書記王正華的組織下，東風第四制膠廠管理人員積極開展義務勞動，對道廠區內路周邊雜草和倉庫周邊排水溝的淤泥進行了清理。

為改善四廠廠區環境衛生，王正華書記組織東風第四制膠廠管理人員你拿鋤頭、我拿鐵鏟，對道廠區內路周邊雜草和倉庫周邊排水溝的淤泥進行了清理，四廠的黨員、廢水管理員等職工看到后，紛紛加入到義務勞動中；為提高勞動效率，嚴洪普副廠長（主持工作）簡單對大家進行分工。雖然水溝里淤泥較厚，地勢狹窄，但是大家都勇于克服困難，不怕臟、不怕累，把汗水混入在這淤泥之中。經過近兩個小時的奮戰，雜草和堆積已久的淤泥終于被清除干凈，埋藏已久的水溝又得以“重見天日”。

此次義務勞動雖然時間不長，但是活動讓管理人員在全廠職工樹立了模范帶頭作用，也起到了發揮四廠管理人員與職工的團結協作精神，凝聚人心的良好作用，為職工營造了更為舒適的環境，把廠區建設得更加美好。（李元斌）
