勐捧第一制膠廠完成半年干膠生產考核任務

本網訊：2014年勐臘管理部下達給勐捧第一制膠廠干膠生產考核任務是7800噸，截止8月5日，勐捧第一制膠廠累計收購加工干膠4027噸，完成了全年干膠生產考核任務的51.28%，實現時間過半，完成生產任務過半的目標。

今年，在制膠生產前的準備工作中，勐捧第一制膠廠對所用外來勞務工進行了嚴格的崗前培訓，從制膠工藝理論知識、員工的職業道德、安全生產、實際工藝操作等方面進行了講解授課并進行了考試。在提高職工整體素質的同時，面對橡膠原料競爭激烈的市場，一廠克服各種不利因素，從管理上入手，在細節上做足文章，嚴格要求員工在生產中做到不浪費點滴膠原料，提高產品制成率，在按橡膠客戶要求提高服務質量的基礎上，多渠道、全方位宣傳公司、管理部的原料收購政策，為保質保量完成今年的生產任務打下堅實的基礎。（勐捧第一制膠廠：岳莉芬）
