勐醒第二制膠廠工會開展降本增效提升服務活動

2014年勐醒第二制膠廠工會積極配合生產經營工作，積極開展降本增效提升服務為主題的班組勞動競賽活動。競賽活動緊緊圍繞安全生產、產品質量、成本節約、現場管理水平提升等方面開展，引導員工樹立高度的主人翁責任感，積極參與活動，創先爭優，達到降本增效提升服務的目的。

工會競賽活動的方式以每月開展短期競賽評比活動為主，每月按照活動方案給予考核評比出的前三名班組150、100、80元的獎勵；通過活動開展增強員工安全、質量、服務、成本、節約、效益意識，充分調動員工參與活動的積極性。4月份通過考核評比：一、二、三等獎分別被收膠班組、干燥班組、造粒班組獲得，同時對工作差的班組提出了批評。（勐醒第二制膠廠：劉繼華）
