勐捧第二制膠廠到友鄰膠廠參觀考察

4月26日，景陽公司勐捧第二制膠廠領導班子帶領管理人員及職工代表、骨干等13人到橡膠加工生產工藝相匹配的景陽勐滿第三制膠廠參觀、學習、交流、取經，取得了較好的互動效果。

4月19日勐捧二膠廠正式生產以來，由于單位技改工作遲遲不到位、橡膠生產加工工作滯后，職工思想情緒有一定波動。為了扭轉職工這種消極態勢，盡量做好職工思想穩定工作，單位班子領導積極想盡辦法，趁單位沒有膠原料進廠不加工等空閑時間，精心組織班組長等骨干職工代表，以帶出去學習參觀為契機，激發他們的工作熱情。到了參觀點，在勐滿第三制膠廠領導的解說下，所有參觀人員認真與友鄰單位員工現場交流，談心得，論經驗，互找問題缺點，謙虛求教，參觀了所有工段，最后兩廠人員在辦公室簡單碰頭座談，座談會氣氛活躍，職工們覺得此行大家都長了見識，也促進了彼此友誼，增強了大家工作的信心，取得了一定的互訪效果。（景陽公司勐捧第二制膠廠：沙曉輝）
