勐捧第一制膠廠制膠生產開門創佳績

本網訊：景陽公司勐臘管理部勐捧第一制膠廠2014年4月份共生產1173噸干膠，完成月任務比例為117%，超額完成管理部下達的干膠生產任務。

2014年初，在制膠生產前的準備工作中，我廠對所用外來勞務工進行了嚴格的崗前培訓，從制膠工藝理論知識、員工的職業道德、安全生產、實際工藝操作等方面進行了講解授課并進行了考試。在提高工人整體素質的同時，在原料競爭激烈的情況下，膠廠通過多渠道、全方位宣傳公司、管理部的原料收購政策，在保證質量、安全的前提下，提高服務質量，嚴格加工工藝管理，為超額完成今年的生產任務打下堅實的基礎。（勐捧第一制膠廠：岳莉芬）
