孟定分公司南望制膠廠開展崗前培訓工作

暖春四月，天氣晴朗，四野清香，南望制膠廠管理班子迎著新希望，邁向新征程，于4月27日對員工開展崗前培訓工作。

培訓會以開展理論考試、向員工講解安全操作規范流程、組織員工觀看云膠集團安全生產及相關違規操作視頻等為主，讓員工充分了解橡膠初加工的理論知識及工藝控制要點，進一步提高崗位人員的綜合素養和工作能力，幫助新員工快速完成角色轉變、更好適應崗位要求，同時提升員工的安全意識和思想覺悟。

培訓還通過開展應急安全演練，向大家講解如何正確使用滅火器，在火災的萌芽階段，有效地控制火勢蔓延。期間學習氛圍濃厚、成員反響熱烈。

培訓結束后，制膠廠還開展了衛生清理工作，以全新的面貌迎接今年的工作，爭取早日完成生產任務。（劉嘉豪）
