1月17日，勐養（興洪）制膠廠召開管理人員、員工13人參加的機器設備維修安排部署工作會議。
會上，廠長劉志雄總結了2021年膠廠生產工作及機器設備維修情況，傳達學習《云南天然橡膠產業集團西雙版納景陽有限公司停割期間機械設備集中維修保養方案》相關要求及“景陽公司2022年度膠廠推廣完全成本核算與考核及設備集中維修專項工作專題會議”精神.同時宣布成立以廠長為組長的機修小隊，集中討論停產期間機器設備維修相關事宜。
會議要求：一要提高政治站位，嚴格按照公司機器設備維修保養方案推進機器設備維修保養工作；二要注重安全、質量、進度之間的銜接，注重細節、做好防護措施，在保質的情況下把安全落到實處；三要明確責任分工，加強溝通交流，團結協作，保證工藝、檢修交接清楚明白；四要加強學習，年輕人要主動向老師傅學習，老師傅要做好“傳、幫、帶”工作，保證停廠期間機器設備維修保養工作圓滿完成，為完成2022年生產任務奠定堅實基礎。（柳玲）
