勐滿第三制膠廠完成全年干膠生產任務

截至11月11日，勐滿第三制膠廠傳來喜訊，在公司的大力支持和全廠干部員工的努力下，生產干膠8005.5噸，完成年計劃指標的100.07%，提前完成年度目標任務。

面對新冠疫情防控、亞洲象頻繁出沒和周邊橡膠市場無序競爭等各種因素，膠廠改變原料收購方法，堅持維護老客戶，發展新客戶，穩定農場橡膠原料的原則。在鮮膠原料較少和雨天，重點收購雜膠，以此提升產量。在積極完成生產任務的同時，膠廠圍繞勞動競賽“提質效比學趕幫超創一流”主題，廣泛開展“七比七看”活動，與此推動“三創三比三當”的實踐活動，營造爭當先進、趕超先進熱潮。同時，在日常加工生產過程中，提升現場管理水平，加強安全隱患排查，提高員工安全生產意識，嚴格把控產品質量并取得了較好成效。接下來，膠廠會繼續努力向公司下達的勞動競賽目標任務沖刺。（尤朝蘭）
