勐捧檢驗站開展橡膠檢驗基礎理論知識培訓

為更好、更規范、更專業的做好檢驗工作，高效完成韓泰輪胎公司的認證工作，讓檢驗員熟悉檢驗項目，提升檢驗站員工的基礎理論知識。近日，勐捧檢驗站組織12名員工在勐捧第二制膠廠開展基礎理論知識培訓。

本次培訓采用會議基本理論知識講解和現場實際操作的方式進行，通過現場觀看輪胎生產過程的視頻，了解橡膠生產的上游環節到下游輪胎生產情況，以及橡膠理化性能和橡膠制品關系。學習橡膠理化性能制表，了解生產，了解滿足客戶對高質量橡膠膠包的需求，實現檢驗站在橡膠生產鏈間的技術服務作用。培訓最后還進行了橡膠檢驗基礎理論知識閉卷考試。

此次培訓，進一步規范檢驗流程，加強橡膠產品質量，實現知其然，也知其所以然，更好的為膠廠的產品質量服務。（楊德明）
