勐醒片區開展工作交流活動

5月24日，勐醒片區管委會組織勐醒第一、第二、第三制膠廠負責人一行10人，到勐臘制膠廠就產品質量和車間管理方面內容進行學習交流。

交流過程中，勐醒片區制膠廠一行進入車間參觀，就各工段的管理和質量控制進行探討：一是在管理方面，勐臘制膠廠要根據現階段的實際產量和崗位需求招工，合理安排，提升員工的工作積極性和主動性。二是在質量控制方面，以該廠膠包外觀氧化斑點偏多為例，提出膠乳在凝固工段還需要加強抗氧化處理等措施。同時，各廠就如何有效處理各工段出現的問題，提出了相應的建議和意見。

通過本次學習交流活動，對提升勐醒片區制膠廠車間管理和質量控制工作打下了良好的基礎。（王超）
