橄欖壩第三制膠廠多措并舉推廣縐片膠生產

2022年是景陽公司改革攻堅之年，面對周邊錯綜復雜的市場競爭收膠環境，以及現有傳統制膠生產模式所存在問題，公司領導班子多次深入橄欖壩第三制膠調研指導，在采取多種措施對市場多方論證的基礎上，針對目前鮮膠乳市場競爭激烈、雜膠收購力度較弱的實際情況，公司將橄欖壩第三制膠廠作為縐片膠推廣試點單位。

在公司領導的大力支持下，橄欖壩第三制膠廠不斷結合公司黨委《黨建鑄膠魂綠色興農墾》主題活動，組織黨員干部深入市場調查，回收反饋意見，制定質量管控和價格落實措施，多方宣傳縐片膠。從周邊膠農思想工作做起，讓膠農實際了解參與整個加工過程，發現問題協商解決，通過不斷實踐，逐步與縐片膠客戶簽訂合同，目前橄欖壩第三制膠廠已經全面展開縐片膠生產，縐片膠的生產在很大程度上緩解了公司安全環保壓力。（楊興平）
