勐醒第一制膠廠與勐醒一分場簽訂安全生產告知承諾書

7月15日下午，國營勐醒農場一分場副場長趙強攜綜合辦主任鄒細林一行3人，到勐醒第一制膠廠進行安全生產工作調研。建議膠廠要建立健全安全生產責任制，開展經常性、綜合性的安全生產檢查，及時消除事故隱患，制止不安全行為。膠廠負責人表示將加強管理人員值班制度，加大現場管理巡查力度，切實把安全生產工作落到實處。

隨后，本著“安全第一、預防為主、綜合治理”的安全生產工作方針，膠廠黨支部書記、廠長王永明與趙強共同簽訂了《安全生產告知承諾書》。

據悉，該告知承諾書由勐醒一分場起草，主要內容涉及建立單位安全生產檔案、臺賬；開展安全生產教育培訓（未經教育和培訓合格的人員不得上崗）并制定應急援救預案；關心員工健康，及時與務工人員簽訂勞動合同、購買工傷保險等方面工作。（楊瑩）
