勐醒第二制膠廠針對打包車間較狹窄，金屬探測儀帶有一定坡度，而皮帶傳動的金屬探測儀主動輥筒材質是鋁的，工作時間一長，發熱后摩擦力減小皮帶就會打滑，導致金屬探測儀停止工作，不僅皮帶損耗大增加成本還降低了生產效率的問題，因地制宜積極創新，通過對主動輥筒的改造以及傳動材料的變更，將金屬探測儀的傳動方式從皮帶傳動改為鏈條傳動。不僅解決了傳送的問題，節約成本提升了生產效率。同時也提升了員工參與小發明小創造的積極性。（王曉娟）
